What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ varies by product, but for most furniture items, the MOQ is one full container (e.g. 20GP or 40HQ). Mixed items in one container are acceptable.
Can I get samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes, sample orders are available. Please contact us to confirm sample availability and shipping costs.
How long is the production lead time?
Our usual lead time is 30–45 days after deposit and order confirmation. For urgent orders, we will do our best to accommodate your timeline.
What shipping options do you provide?
We offer FOB, CIF, and EXW shipping terms. Goods are usually shipped from major ports in China. We can also assist with logistics if needed.
